Balloon

Take a deep breath and close your lips. Then imagine that you have a small balloon in your mouth and start rolling it slowly. First under the right cheek, then under the left, then under the lower lip and under the upper. Hold each position for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 2 times.

Comment: this exercise perfectly eliminates vertical wrinkles around the lips and prevents the appearance of new ones.

Circular tongue massage

Press your tongue into the right corner of your mouth. Slowly move your tongue clockwise around your mouth (one circle should take about 5 seconds). Repeat 2 more times. Smile, pursing your lips and folding them into a bow. Pull your lips forward and pull your cheeks in. In this position, try to smile and freeze, strongly straining the corners of your mouth. Count to 10. Repeat the exercise 5 times.

Merlin

The exercise keeps the lips strong and smoothes out the wrinkles around them.

Tilt your head back slightly. Fold your lips into a tube. Pull your lips up and hold this position for 15 seconds. Return to the starting position and relax. Repeat the exercise 4 times.

Asana strengthens the cheek muscles, gives them a slender beautiful shape. The asana is named after the famous Louis Armstrong and imitates the cheeks of a trumpeter playing.

Inflate both cheeks and roll the air from one cheek to the other (until there is enough air), then under the upper and lower lip. Repeat 3 times in each direction.

In this asana, you should quickly alternate between a smile and complete relaxation. This should be done at maximum speed until you feel tired. The result is an increase in the overall tone of the facial muscles, as well as a tightening of the contour.

Asana against double chin

Put your fists under your chin and slowly open your mouth, overcoming the resistance of your hands. Then, leaning your thumb against your chin, stick your tongue out as far as possible so that the tip is pointing down.
