SECOND DAY


Breakfast: a cup of low-fat milk with cereals.

Dinner: salad leaves with lean dressing, 115 g of spaghetti, and lean turkey meatballs. A pear for dessert.


THIRD DAY


Breakfast: half a dried bagel and a piece of low-fat cheese.

Lunch: boiled chicken, 115 g of green salad.

Dinner: a large portion of green salad with lean dressing, 170 g of lasagna with low-fat cheese. 1-2 peaches for dessert.

VEGETARIAN OMELET


  • 300-400 g of tofu cheese

  • 1 tomato

  • 2 sweet peppers

  • 2 tbsp of soybean sprouts

  • Olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp of saffron (turmeric)

  • Salt and pepper according to your taste


  1. Remove the seeds from the sweet peppers. Cut the peppers and tomato into small cubes.

  2. Add some soybean sprouts to the mixture.

  3. Place the tofu in a saucer or a bowl, add some salt, pepper, and saffron to it. Mash the cheese with a fork.

  4. Grease a frying pan with oil and put the vegetables and sprouts onto it. Simmer until they become tender. As soon as they are soft, add the soy cheese, and mix well.

  5. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the tofu is soaked in vegetable juice and aromatic spices.


WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIE


  • 1 Banana

  • 2 Kiwis

  • 10 g of mint

  • Water (optional)


  1. Peel the kiwi. Cut it into small pieces. If you want to eliminate its bitter taste, remove as many seeds as possible.

  2. Peel and slice the banana. Chop the mint.

  3. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth for about 20 seconds.

ORANGE EGGNOG


  • 4 chicken eggs

  • 4 cups of cold milk

  • 1 cup of fresh orange juice

  • 6 tbsp of sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp of chocolate chips


  1. Thoroughly wash the eggs using a brush and some baking soda.

  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat them into a rich lather.

  3. Add the sugar to the yolks and beat them until they become white and fluffy.

  4. Add the orange juice and milk. Stir well.

  5. Mix the whisked egg whites and yolks, stir the mixture with a spatula. Pour the drink into glasses and decorate it with chocolate chips.
