HOW TO START THE DAY RIGHT: MONROE’S, BARDOT’S, AND LOREN’S BREAKFAST IDEAS
Three famous actresses’ delicious morning meals
The morning of this Italian Cinderella is a true beauty ritual. Her success formula suggests getting up at 6 a.m. (Loren goes to bed no later than 9 p.m.), doing a 15-minute workout, walking for half an hour, and finally, having breakfast. Nothing human is alien to this star, it’s enough to recall her famous statement: "I owe everything to spaghetti". So Sophie's typical breakfast looks like this: a cup of decaf coffee and a fresh English muffin followed by a sandwich. The secret of the actress's diet is that she does not deprive herself of any tasty food but (!) eats small portions. Another secret is to eat some pineapple every day. It eliminates excess fluid, promotes protein breakdown and skin regeneration. Once every three months, Sophia has fasting days. Here's what her appetizing diet looks like.
Breakfast: 1 egg and 170 g of orange juice.
Lunch: 60 g of turkey, vegetable salad, and low-fat cottage cheese.
Dinner: spinach salad, 115 g of pasta with shrimps. And an apple for dessert.

Brigitte Bardot is one of the greatest movie actresses ever. In fact, she is a confirmed vegetarian. Get familiar with Bardot’s most popular quotes about her diet:
1. "I eat vegetables (except potatoes) at every meal. And fruits for breakfast are a must".
2. "After a hearty breakfast, I always wait until I feel hungry again. I try not to eat just because it's time for eating".
3. "I always read the labels on the products I buy, and I always prefer the food with minimal processing. That's what I call “real food”.
4. "I always have a few useful products at hand. Hunger cannot take me aback — I always have something that can satisfy it."
Here’s an example of Brigitte Bardot’s breakfast.
300-400 g of tofu cheese
2 sweet peppers
2 tbsp of soybean sprouts
1/2 tsp of saffron (turmeric)
Salt and pepper according to your taste
Remove the seeds from the sweet peppers. Cut the peppers and tomato into small cubes.
Add some soybean sprouts to the mixture.
Place the tofu in a saucer or a bowl, add some salt, pepper, and saffron to it. Mash the cheese with a fork.
Grease a frying pan with oil and put the vegetables and sprouts onto it. Simmer until they become tender. As soon as they are soft, add the soy cheese, and mix well.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the tofu is soaked in vegetable juice and aromatic spices.
WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIE
10 g of mint
Peel the kiwi. Cut it into small pieces. If you want to eliminate its bitter taste, remove as many seeds as possible.
Peel and slice the banana. Chop the mint.
Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth for about 20 seconds.
"I was told that my eating habits were very strange, but I don't think so. Before I take a shower, I heat some milk. When it becomes hot, I add two raw eggs to it and beat the mixture up with a fork. I drink it while getting dressed. In addition to this drink, I take multivitamin tablets. I doubt that any doctor could recommend a more nutritious breakfast for a working girl who is always in a hurry". That is how Marilyn described her typical morning in one of her interviews. The morning "drink" of this sexy star contains vitamin B, riboflavin, calcium, phosphorus, and about 20 g of protein. By contrast, one portion of cornflakes contains only 1.8 g of protein, and a plate of oatmeal porridge contains 3 g of protein. So Marilyn’s breakfast is similar to eggnog. Why not follow the movie star’s example? You can start your day with Monroe’s breakfast or you can try our dessert recipe.
