What should be excluded from your diet


Fatty meat, salami, sausages, and fast food.

Salty, fried and spicy products often contain chemical additives. Therefore, they irritate the sebaceous glands of your skin, thus causing skin rashes. Besides, such foods have an adverse impact on the entire body. Excessive protein intake slows down the synthesis of enzymes and hormones, impedes skin regeneration, and promotes bacterial growth.


Dairy products. The hormones contained in dairy products are bad for your skin as they increase the level of testosterone that boosts sebum production and clogs up the follicles. Casein and whey proteins can also cause inflammation.


Caffeine and sweets. These products lead to a greasy shine on your face and provoke acne. Caffeinated beverages produce cortisol that leads to skin problems. Excessive sugar intake triggers the process that is called glycation. It’s the interaction of sugar with proteins and fats. This process leads to the destruction of collagen and elastane in your body. As a result, your skin elasticity decreases, your pores become clogged, and the first signs of aging appear.


What should be included in your diet


Products that contain zinc. This microelement promotes cell regeneration, regulates the production of sebum, and prevents inflammatory processes. Zinc is found in seafood, spinach, cocoa, legumes, and mushrooms.

Products that contain Omega-3 fatty acids. Marine fish, seafood, flax seeds, and spinach abound with fatty acids that eliminate inflammation in the body and treat rashes.


Vitamin C. This powerful antioxidant stimulates the synthesis of collagen and promotes cell regeneration. It also creates a lipid barrier that protects vascular walls and prevents redness. Сitrus fruits, cabbage, broccoli, red and yellow peppers, kiwi, pineapples, and persimmons are rich in vitamin C.


B-group vitamins help get rid of toxins and cleanse your skin. They are contained in eggs, carrots, legumes, fish, poultry, and cabbage.


Vitamin E. It improves skin elasticity and regulates the balance of water and fat in your body. Vitamin E is found in nuts, spinach, sunflower seeds, fish, avocado, and tomatoes.


Water. If you replace your usual coffee with water, you’ll prevent skin flaking and bad complexion. Drink warm water in small sips throughout the day.
